What is the Spaceship Affiliate Program?
The Spaceship Affiliate Program is a way to earn money by promoting Spaceship products on your website, blog, newsletter, or social network community. For every person you refer that completes a purchase, you earn a commission on the transaction.
Are there any specific requirements to become an affiliate?
Anyone can apply. You don’t need to have any technical skills to join our program. However, website management and web development knowledge would certainly help.
For success, it’s important to have a niche relevant to Spaceship products and an active platform (website, social media, YouTube, etc.) to reach interested audiences.

What is Impact?
Impact is the trusted third-party affiliate platform we use to manage the Spaceship Affiliate Program. It’s where we host all your affiliate links, track performance, and process commission payments.
How do you track the sales?
Tracking, reporting, and affiliate payments are handled through Impact. You can log into your Spaceship affiliate account anytime to check your stats.
How will I get paid?
Affiliate commissions are paid through Impact, which supports the following payment options: Electronic Funds Transfer, PayPal, ACH/Wire Transfer, and check. The payout minimum is the equivalent of US$10.
Commissions are paid monthly. If you do not reach the payment threshold, the commissions you earned will carry over to subsequent months until the payment threshold is met.

What is your cookie duration?
Our tracking cookie remains valid for 30 days.
What if my referral doesn't show up in reporting?
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What happens if a customer I refer requests a refund?
If your referral refunds an order, cancels an order or makes a fraudulent order, the pending commission for that particular transaction in your Impact account will be reverted.

Spaceship reserves the sole right to determine whether to accept affiliate applications and the appropriateness of any promotional methods employed by affiliates.
Unless otherwise stated, Spaceship will only pay commission for first-time purchases by new customers. Spaceship products and services eligible for a commission include only those integrated into the affiliate program. Exempt products include but are not limited to, premium domains, domains bought at Spaceship Marketplace, web hosting add-ons, and apps.
You are not eligible for a commission payment on purchases made by you, your employees, agents, representatives, contractors, or from several accounts owned by the same person.
You shall not use the Spaceship logo without our prior approval, and it should be removed from your site immediately upon request. You shall not use any creatives that do not comply with Spaceship guidelines. If our current content offering does not meet your creative requirements, please contact us to discuss your individual needs.
If you use paid search, you are required to add Spaceship, Spaceship.com, and any of its derivatives and misspellings as negative keywords across all of your paid search activities. Furthermore, you must not use Spaceship, Spaceship.com, or any of its derivatives and misspellings in paid search ad copy.
You can only earn commissions for orders with promotion coupon codes if these coupons are exclusively provided through the Spaceship Affiliate Program.
We reserve the right to terminate participation for any reason, including but not limited to activity that we determine to be suspicious at our sole discretion.
